Antonio Dawkins, 34, is a native of Rowan County and has lived in Winston-Salem for the past 14 years. He enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters, Alexandrea Dawkins and Savannah Dawkins – ages 12 and 7 respectively. Antonio currently has a career as a Decker for Auto Truck Transport in Cleveland, NC. Antonio also works as an independent contractor installing countertops. He gained experience working as a manager for a fabrication shop located in High Point, NC for 5 years. Antonio is a very passionate worker, believes in bringing people together, and helping people reach success who may not have the necessary resources to do so. Antonio plans to venture into entrepreneurship and own several businesses. Antonio’s inspiration comes from his cousin, the late and great Johnny Leroy “Lee-Lee” Dawkins, Jr. who was more than a cousin… he was more like a brother. Antonio looks to Lee-Lee as a hero and states, “Everything I stand for is for him”.
