JLD Leadership Program: Empowering Young Men of Color to Lead with Purpose

Set to launch in summer 2025, the JLD Leadership Program is a transformative 5-week experience that equips young men of color (ages 14-18) with the skills, confidence, and brotherhood to become tomorrow's leaders. Through mentorship, real-world workshops, and community building, we turn potential into power. 

What We Will Offer:
- Leadership Development – Build self-awareness, resilience & decision-making skills 
- College & Career Readiness – Master applications, resumes, and professional pathways 
- Financial Literacy – Learn budgeting, saving, and credit management 
- Civic Responsibility – Understand rights, laws, and community leadership 
- Storytelling – Craft and share your personal narrative with confidence 

Program Structure: 

📍 Program duration: Thursday, July 10 - Thursday, August 7

📍 Weekly in-person sessions (Thursdays @ 6:30 - 8:30pm) 
📍 Virtual mentor check-ins (Mondays) 
📍 Inspiring graduation ceremony
