What do we offer
The Sophomore Discovery Fellowship is a paid 6-week experience in Charlotte, NC designed to provide diverse, high-achieving second-year students with exposure to a variety of career opportunities across Wells Fargo. Fellows receive comprehensive professional and educational experience through networking, job shadowing, and other engagement opportunities paired with project-based work.
Required Qualifications:
- Current sophomores pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date in December 2026 or May/June 2027
