Dia Nyarko is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving impactful change across both corporate and community landscapes. As a Fortune 500 Global Project Manager at Wells Fargo, she has successfully led complex fintech projects worth over $150M+ while consistently exceeding SLA targets, demonstrating exceptional skills in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and process optimization. Her ability to navigate technical challenges while maintaining a human-centered approach has made her an invaluable asset in the fintech sector. 


Beyond her corporate achievements, Dia is deeply committed to community empowerment. As Co-Founder & Executive Director of JLD Community Solutions, she channels her expertise in project management and systems thinking to create sustainable solutions for underserved populations.


Dia holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a BS in Business Administration (Finance & Banking) from Appalachian State University. Her leadership has extended to her role as Communications Chair, Ally Ambassador, Chapter Co-Chair, and Chapter Chair of Wells Fargo's Black/African American Connection Employee Resource Network (ERN), where she championed diversity and inclusion initiatives.
