Angela McDuffie is a visionary leader and advocate for equitable opportunity, combining over 15 years of experience in workforce development, nonprofit administration, and community empowerment to drive transformative change. As the Founder & President of JLD Community Solutions, she leverages her expertise in strategic program design, partnership cultivation, and grassroots advocacy to address systemic barriers and create pathways to economic mobility.  

Angela’s career reflects a deep commitment to service—from guiding job seekers as a Career Navigator at Goodwill Industries to fostering small business growth at Davidson-Davie Community College. Her tenure as a Volunteer Coordinator, Court Advocate, and Lexington City School Board Member underscores her ability to bridge gaps between institutions and marginalized communities. A certified paralegal and public administration professional, Angela merges analytical rigor with compassionate leadership to advance justice and equity.  

Rooted in the belief that collaboration fuels impact, Angela has chaired the City of Lexington Human Relations Commission, served on the Salvation Army Finance Committee, and built alliances across sectors. Her work is defined by a relentless focus on empowerment, ensuring individuals and communities have the tools to thrive.
